MONDAY, MAY 12, 1941
Today is Dad's birthday. He would have been 65 years old today if he was living. I know Mother is awful blue today. I have done the general house work. Went to Mrs. Rodgers this afternoon & gor Marie to address the cards I aim to send the people thanking them for the flowers they gave when Dad died. Mary Moore was at Mrs. Rodgers.

I washed today. Rex helped me finish washing. Mother and I got a sympathy card from Alyne, Elmer & Donna Jo.
