I started cleaning my room today. Mr. &
Mrs. Mevill Elmer
Linsay and Leona came this afternoon
and they put a quilt in the frames.

1936 Tue.
I painted the floor in my room today
Amelia came this afternoon and quilted
a little. I quilted some also.

Sis has been nearly sick today. Sis went to town today and got for me a new rug for my room andI finished cleaning my room and painted the
doors in the kitchen.
Leona came this afternoon and Sis & Leona quilted
some. I quilted a little also.

June 18th
1936 Thu.
Leona, Mrs. Rich & her two children, Mrs.
Rigney, Samuel, Mrs. Hanner & William Ross
came this morning. Mary
Mr. & Mrs. Mevill came this afternoon and we
finished quilting the quilt. Jessie, Margaretta
