I ironed and cleaned up the house. I wen't to see Ocie a little while and wen't to Uncle Brack's and wen't to Tiny's but she wasn't at home so I went to Mr. Frank Borland's Mrs. Borland's Mother is dead.

June 4th
1938 Thu.
Mother & I wen't to Mr. Frank Borland's this morning. We wen't to Mrs. Borland's Mother's funeral at the church. Rev. Anderson preached the funeral ocie & children came this afternoon.

June 5th
1936 Fri.
Uncle Brack & I wen't to town today and I got some new slippers and hat. I spen't the day at Mrs. Mann's, Amy Florence had her tonsils & adnoise [adenoids] removed today.

June 6th
1936 Sat.
Amy Florance came home from the hospital this morning. Mother & I wen't to see her this afternoon. Rex came tonight.
