1931. Stayed at home all day. Studied my Economic Geography lesson.

1932. Stayed at home all day, Cosby came this afternoon. Dad went to church today, and also tonight.

1933. I went over to Acie's a while this morning. I sewed some this afternoon. Mother and I played Rum tonight. Dad went to town today.

1934. Rex is better today. Dock & I washed today and I got dinner and moped the kitched, porch, & dinning room. Cousin Will Wilson came this morning. Leona & William Ross came this afternoon.

1935. We killed hogs today. Ruby helped me clean up the house & get dinner. Jasper & I cut up the meat for the lard this afternoon & Ruby & Dock ground sausages. Basil & Buck came tonight & we all played Rook.

1931. Dad brought me to town this afternoon, Mrs. Mann & myself, went to Sunday school at 2:30 o'clock & to church tonight.

1932. Came to town this morning & went to school. Alline Slaton came this afternoon & we studied physics.

1933. We ironed today and I pressed some clothes. Acie came a while this morning. Mother and I played Rum tonight.

1934. I got dinner, ironed today and patched some. Joe Nell Wyatt's Mother died yesterday morning about eleven o'clock. Rex & I played Rummy tonight.

1935. Ruby & Jasper went home this morning. I got dinner, churned and washed a few pieces. I got supper tonight also I got a letter from Mother today.
