1931. Stayed at home all day and studied for the Geometry final. Didn't get a letter as I expected.

1932. Stayed at home all day. Mr. Hartman came a little while this afternoon. Cosby didn't come today.

1933. Mother and I spent the day with Mrs. Johnson today. I went to see Lorene a little while this morning. Lorene and Bill's neice came to Mrs. Johnson's this afternoon.

1934. I cleaned up the house and got dinner this morning. Rex went to town this morning. Rex and I washed this afternoon. I got a letter from Eula Good today. Rex and I played Rummy tonight. Dock is sick today.

1935. I did the general housework. Loyd ate dinner with us. Mrs Joe Parrish was killed in a car wreck tonight and Joe Lynch has both legs broken.

January 11

1931. Stayed at home all day. and wrote a letter to Cosby. Oh! How I dread the Geometry final.

1932. Came to town this morning + went to school. I was tardy this morning second time this cemester.

1933. I ironed this morning. Mr. Bill Croft ate dinner with us today. Ocie came a little while this afternoon. I got a letter from Rex today.

1934. Dock is a little better today. I cleaned up the house and got dinner this morning. I ironed a little this afternoon. I have read some today. Rex and I played Rummy tonight.

1935. Rex and I went to town this morning. Evelyn and I ate dinner at Jessie's. I had a tooth filled today. Rex, Evelyn and I stopped at Mr. Parrish's a little while as we came home.
