Visitors. Ernest & wife returned to Rockford on the 10:28 a.m train to-day.

Wednesday, Nov. 17th. visit John and Mr. Tovelle? went to Pennsylvania Corners this a.m., to attend a public sale.

visitor A bright day. Temp. at 2p.m., 37 °- Jennie Fearer visited this p.m. Mrs. Sallie Baker dined with us.

Thursday, 18th

Friday 19th. Visitor Mrs. Whitman visited this p.m. Fine weather. Temp. at 2p.m., 52°.

Saturday, 20th Visit to Rockford Jennie & children -started to Rockford on the 10:28 a.m., to visit friends

Rockford ford on the 12.28 am train to-day.
Wednesday, 24th.
Visitor Jennie Tearer visited this a.m.
____ and returned home at 4:30 p.m.

Burg- Bank safe at King s blown open last

Thursday - Thanksgiving - 23th
Rain. Rain early this morning. Thick fog.
____ Mists all day. Dismal day.
Big Big dinner at the lutheran church.
Dinner I dined there.

3 Mt Morris, Saturday, Nov. 27, 1897 Coldest. Coldest day. Temp at 7am., 10* above Some thermometers, 6*

Sunday, Nov. 28th Visit the Sick: John and Jennie drove to Charlie Niman's [sp] this p.m. - Fannie Niman is quite ill with a complication of troubles. Returned at 4 p.m.

Snow. Snow commenced falling at 8p.m.

Monday, 29th Snow. Zero.: Snow last night to depth of one inch. Temp. at 7a.m. O. coldest day.

Death. Willard Pond died at 10 o'clock last night, aged 81 yrs., 6m, & 5 d. See scrapbook, page, 609.

Tuesday, 30th. Willard Pond's Funeral. Funeral of Willard Pond at the M.E. Church at 2 p.m.; interment in Oakwood Cemetery.
