Thank you for your letter of February 26, and for the kind invitation to appear as a panelist for the International Radio and Television's Society's, Newsma[?]er Luncheon.

I regret that I will have to decline your kind offer. Now that the Georgia Legislature has closed its doors for this year, I will begin a speaking tour. I will be in the midst of tour on the date that you mention, May 14. It will not end until May 20, and then commence again.
