Dear Royal,

Thanks for the letter. The "Ms." incidentally was added
by my secretary, who didn't know if you were a "Miss" or
"Mrs." or who may not have known if you were "Mr." or
what! At any rate, I understand you have talked about
the matter of the Ms. and it is all clear now.

I have lost the name of the black expert. If you want to
be in touch with someone who is looking into TV in general
as well as CATV, write Miss Diane Kenney, the Urban
Coalition, 2100 "M" Street, NW, Washington, D.C.

Andy Young didn't lose because he didn't have the money,
but because he couldn't turn out the vote. Only 56% of
the eligible black vote came out, and while he got 99%
of that, it wasn't enough.

I am having almost no success with the magazine; a great
deal of interest, but no takers from a financial point of
view. But I still have hope.
