I am sorry you were unable to make the Board Meeting yesterday. It was a great success -- a lot of good people with a lot of good ideas.

The next meeting will probably be sometime in April. I will try to give you more notice, and hope that you will be able to join us then.

In the meantime, I am enclosing a copy of the material that was used as background information at the meeting. I am sure it will be of interest -- but possibly of even more interest would be a conversation with Vernon Jordan, who was at the meeting and could give you more of the flavor of the discussions.
