Dear friends,

This is a last minute appeal to you, your friends and neighbors, to turn out to vote in large numbers on November 5th.

This is an important election for us. Locally, we have a chance to elect an honest, decent man to the U. S. Congress, CHARLES WELTNER.

We will vote on the Rapid Transit issue.

Nationally, we have a chance to insure that the George Wallaces and Richard Nixons are defeated.

We also need to vote to show our strength.

I hope each of you will accept this responsibility.
