me and I would like to give you any help that I can.

Politically, I am a Rockefeller Republican and worked full-time to help secure his gubernatorial re-election in 1966. My efforts this year, obviously, were less time consuming. I am new in the investment banking business and cannot now significantly help finance your political or social efforts. However, I may be able to assist in fund raising in the future as your impact continues to broaden and campaigns become more costly.

If it is convenient, the next time you are in New York, I should very much like to meet and talk with you. Perhaps we could have lunch together. Would you let me know when you might be available?
