Births John Minor first child of L. M. and E. C. A. Blackford, was born at 5.45 P.M. on Friday, February 1st, 1887, at Ingleside Fairfax Co., Va (over the Epliscopal High School) at that time the residence of [illegibel?] Virginia Mason. He was christened Friday, March 2nd following, by the Rev. Kimbreh Nelson, D.D. (inpower in the Theological Seminary) in the High School Chapel; his sponsors being Col. Llewallyn Hasting M. John C. Ambler, his uncle and Mrs. Kate Dorsey his great aunt The baptism is recorded at Christ Church, Alexandria
Amber Mason, second child for M. and E. C. A. Blackford was born at 8 A.M., Wednesday, September 6th, 1888 [The day the session opened] at the Episcopal High School, Fairfax Co., Va. He was christend Thursday, November 1st, following being the first of All Saints, by the Rev. Kimbreh Nelson, D.D. in the School Chapel; his sponsors being M Wm. Cabell Brown, Mr. Ernest M. Stines & wife Mary C. Lupce. The baptism is recorded at Christ Christ, Alexander
Randolph Fairfax, third child of L. M. and E. C. A. Blackford, was born at 11:30 A.M., Friday, July 25th, 1890 at the Episcopal High School, Fairfax Co., Viriginia. He was christened Sunday P.M., the 9th after Trinity, August 3d, following by the Rev C. Walker D.D., in the School Chapel; his sponsors being Dr. Charles L. G. Minor, of [illegible?], the Rev. Thomas J. Packard, of West River, Md. and wife, [illegible?] Jr. [illegible?] The baptistm is recorded in Christ Church
