Decatur Sept. 28th, 1892
Dear Sisters,
We arrived here and
found a letter from home
which pleased me very much.
Tomorrow morning we are
going to Sheldon and if possible
we shall try to be in Columbia
tomorrow night. We stopped in
Defiance from Saturday until
Tuesday. I did not enjoy myself
there. The Sisters are not getting
along together and I fear, if
Sr. Benedict remains she will
be the cause of losing the
mission. She is getting just
like Barbara. It is terrible
[?] [?]avin and here it is alright
as far as I can judge.
