left in peace. F. Colton, Schwinor,
and Contois got notice that they had
to leave Fond du Lac. Colton and
Schwin[?] are having a petition signed
to sent to the Archbishop. Bishop Krauth [?]
thinks it is a crying shame how
they have treated good F. Francis,
whom he respects as a Saint.
I shall leave home next Monday
morning at three o'clock. I shall be
in New London and Lebanon
next week and mostly likely in
Menominee over Sunday. The
following Monday or Tuesday
I intend to go to Marquette and
will return home the same week.
