teach the children and candidates
one or the other for Fr.'s feast.
I hope you will do all you can
to make the feast solemn.
I saw F. Bonaventure today,
he is going out West, [?] next
Tuesday. I asked him, if he had no
news for Fr; he said it was all
upset yet, he meant, [?]
[?] . he did not
remain long enough to wait for
an answer from Rome. So that is
all I know. It is better Fr. does not
let on I wrote this, Fr. B. will soon
be out and tell him how it is. We only
saw him in the street near 31st Street.
He spoke very kindly and stayed quite
a time on the street. He seemed to be
anxious to hear how Fr. was, if he
was well. It seems Fr. Laurentius told
him that Fr. was not looking well
and was not pleased with his looks.
