Raining in morning and
continues at noon – worked in shop

peach blossoms beginning to
fall off. Worked shop –
Joseph S. Tempes went out to
look at land. bargained
for 100 acres at $1200 –
F. B. Harvey called to get a
release of mortgage written –
wrote it to night.
