United States, to be paid to said O.M. Roberts,
Governor as aforesaid, or his successors in office
and ofor the payment of which sum well and truly
to be made, We hereby bind ourselves jointly and
severally, our heirs, administrators, Executors,
assignees, and legal representatives firmly by these
Presents. This bond may be owed on and is hereby
made recoverable in the District Court of Travis
County and we and each of us hereby designate, approach
and authorize the Acting County Judge or
County Clerk. of said Travis
County and State of Texas, to accepd service for us and
each of us, and in our names, in case suit should
be brought on this bond.
