and agree with it. I do not know
Lindsay Crawford nor anyone who
is in touch with him.

The "future of Liberalism"
indeed gives cause for anxiety.
With such men as Roxbury,
Haldane, Perks, Edward Grey
and a score of others calling
themselves Liberals -- when by
rights they are only a newer brand
of Imperialists -- the Liberal
"Party" has cause to say "Save
me from my friends."

These men are only Jingos in
disguise to my mind--and they
will stomach Chinese Labour
and a host of other iniquities
if thereby, they can own the machine.
