The names of the following numbers were lined through: 2,3,5,10,12,15,21 and 38

Volunteers named Hawer #23,24,25,34,31 maybe Hower. There are several Hower families in Adams County, but I did not find any Hawer.

Ok, everything else looks fine, but I think that the Boesster with a question mark might be Boester -- there were men with the name Boester in Allen county during that time, but they immigrated at the end of the war. I don't know if there would be any relation.
