I hereby certify that I have surveyed for William F. Flagg 24 68/100 acres all the
remaining part of the north and the East half of the North East quarter of
Section Four in Township twenty three (23) North of Range 2 East in the City
of Bloomington and have laid off the same into lots Blocks Streets and
Alleys according to the annexed plat at the South West Corner of Block
Four a stone is planted from which to make future surveys.
