Flagg 2nd Addition to Bloomington

This certifies that the annexed is a correct plat of a survey
made by me Sept. 21st 1865 of a part of the North and the East half of the
[N.?] East quarter of section four town 23. N.R. Two East being East and
adjoining Dusley Addition to the City of Bloomington the subjoined
survey to be known as W. F. Flaggs 2nd Addition to Bloomington
the size of the lots and Blocks, streets and alleys are marked,
in feet and are numbered in numerical order at the
[N.?] W Corner of Block one is a stone planted from which to make
future surveys.
