Flaggs 1st Addition to Bloomington

I do hereby certify that I have surveyed for William Flagg a part of the South
East quarter of section four and also a part of the South West quarter of said Section
Four in Township Twenty three north of Range two East said parts of said Section Four.
being known as lots Twelve and Thirteen (12 & 13) of South west quarter and Lot (30) thirty of the
South East quarter of the same are plated and recorded in the recorder office
of McLean County in Book S of of Deeds pages 656-658 and that I have laid the
same off into Town lots streets and alleys to be known as Flaggs First addition to
the City fo Bloomington the size of the lots and the width of the Streets and
Alleys are marked on the accompanying plat.
