Robert Feels Addition to Bloomington

Know all men by these presents that I James T Swartz have surveyed into streets
and alleys & town Lots as an addition to the City of Bloomington a part of the
East half of Section Four Town twenty three North of Range or two East of the third
principal Meridian the width of Jefferson street & the alley and also the dimensions
of the lots are given in Red ink on this accompanying plat which I do hereby
Certify to be a correct map of said addition at the north East corner of Lot No. Twelve
a stone is planted in accordance with the statues in such case made and provided
In testimony whereof I have here into subscribed my name this.
