K H Fells Second Addition to Bloomington

This certifies that I have surveyed for Kersey H Fell a part of the North East quarter
of section four township twenty three (23) North of Range. two East. into Lots Blocks. Streets
and Alleys agreeable to the accompanying plat all full Lots are 60 feet East and West by
115 feet North and South all Fractional Lots are as marked on the plat all streets
running East and West are 50 feet wide and all running North and South are 60 feet
Except Ewing Street which is 25 feet all alleys are 10 feet wide at the south
West Corner of the said plat or addition to the City of Bloomington a stone is
planted from which to make future surveys.
