This certifies that I have surveyed for E. H. Didlake
part of the west half of the north east quarter of section
five in Township Twenty three & Range two East of the thrid principal meridian into Block lots
streets and alleys & Called. Didlakes Addition to the City of Bloomington agreeable to the
accompanying plot. the width & length of the lots are marked in feet on the side & ends
of the same. Acqueduct street is fifty feet wide, at the south east corner of Block
number four a stone planted from which to make future surveys.
