The Durley Addition of the City of Bloomington

This certifies that I have surveyed for David Davis William F Flagg and
William H Allen a part of the north half of section four in Township Twenty Three North
of Range two East of third principal Meridian into Blocks Lots. Streets and alleys
agreeable to the accompanying plat and called the Durley Addition to the
City of Bloomington said plat includes all of that part of the north west
quarter of of said section which lies north of North Street and east of
Main Street in said city also that part of the west of half of the North East quarter
of said section which lies north of Fells Addition to Bloomington the width
and length of said lot and Blocks are marked in feet on the plat also the
width of the streets all alleys are twenty feet wide the Blocks and lots are
numbered in regular order agreeable to the plat. The north tier of lot run
to within twenty five feet of the township line at the north east corner of
Franklin square a stone is planted from which to make future surveys.
