Davis Second Addition to Bloomington

I hereby certify that I have surveyed for David Davis 12 95/100
acres. being of part of the south west quarter of section three in Township
13 North Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. and have laid out the same into
Blocks lots and streets according to the annexed plat. At the northwest corner
of Block 2 a stone is planted from which to make future surveys.
