Robert Townsend Hooe and Frederick Stone ran a store in Alexandria, Virginia, from 1770-1773, as well as one in Port Tobacco, Maryland. Accounts in this ledger include house (overhead) accounts, fellow merchants, ships, and men and women living in Alexandria and the surrounding area. There are 239 accounts across 210 folios.
