Account Book of Hooe & Harrison, 1788-1789 (Folios 174-227)

Robert Townsend Hooe partnered with Richard Harrison (of Alexandria, Virginia and later, Cadiz, Spain) to run a store in Alexandria, Virginia, from 1778 through at least 1790. Accounts in this ledger include house (overhead) accounts, fellow merchants and tradesmen, ships, and men and women living in Alexandria and the surrounding area.

This ledger includes 263 accounts across 242 folios. This Work contains folios 174 to 227. Be sure to check out the list of account holders and their associated folios, if you are interested in a specific person.

If this is the same Daniel Ludlow then he would've been around 38 years old, the timeline fits so they might be the same person since this is also in New York Currency.
