How do you show crossed out letters or numbers ?

For some reason, the author used a strikethrough on some numbers but we've double-checked the math and it comes out correctly. For words that do need a strike, you have to format it like this: text.

The numerical columns won't allow that so I assume noting it as I did in the comments column will be ok? I admit, I didn't do the math.

Good catch, I forget those columns default to numbers. Yes, noting anything unusual in the comments column is always a good go-to when uncertain.
