THIS DEED made this the 12th day of November
1952, by and between
Ethel G. Harris, Widow, of G. B. Harris, Sarah L. Harris,
Single, Erwin G. Harris and wife, Zuma H. Harris, all of Alamance
County, North Carolina, being all of the heirs at law of G. B. Harris
of Alamance County, North Carolina, parties of the first part, and
J. W. Coltrane and James. R. Graham
of Guilford County, North Carolina, parties of the second part,

WITNESSETH:
That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
to them paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
have bargained and sold, and by these presents do bargain, sell and convey to
the said parties of the second part, and their heirs and assigns, all of the following described
real property, to-wit:

That certain tract or parcel of land in Burlington Township, Alamance
County, North Carolina, adjoining the lands of

and others, and bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at an iron bar on said 15 foot alley, in the line of E. G.
Guthrie, and running thence with said E. G. Guthrie S1 35 deg. E. 133
feet to an iron bolt, corner with G. A. Burke; thence with line of
said G. A. Burke N. 55 2/3 deg. E. 60 feet to an iron bolt in line of
J. Samet; thence with line of said Samet N. 35 deg. W. 92 feet to an
iron bolt in said 15 foot alley, thence with said Alley N. 86 deg. W.
to the BEGINNING, and being the same that was conveyed to party of the
first part by Mebane Real Estate & trust Company by deed recorded in
Book 76, at page 91.
