presented the following slate of officers for the year 1938-39.
President - Mrs. Edgar Hartley Vice-President - Mrs. George Hutchins Secretary - Mrs. Moorehead Treasurer - Miss Clegg
The meeting was then turned over the program committee.
The sixth grades gave a selection of songs. Miss Andrew's third grade gave the play Hansel and Gretel.
The meeting was then declared adjourned with an invitation to parents and friends to visit the class rooms.

April 11, 1938
The last meeting of the Elm Street Parent-Teacher's Association for the year 1937-38 was held April 11, 1938 in the school auditorium. The meeting was called to order by the president Mrs. H. P. Morrison. The minutes of the March meeting were read and approved.
The treasurer reported that there were $8.78 in the treasury.
The chairmen of the various committees gave the following reports.
1. Mrs. Hartley reported that the child study groups for the year 1937-38 had been completed.

2. Mrs. White reported that there was a total of 20 members to the ParentTeacher magazine.
3. Mrs. Hodgin, Chairman of the Summer Round Up, reported that the Pre-school clinic would be held on April 26-27.
The new officers for the year 1938-39 were introduced. At this time Mrs. Morrison made a few fitting remarks as she turned her duties as president over to Mrs. Edgar Hartley.
Miss Margaret Chatfield's fifth grade presented a lovely program of living pictures.
At the conclusion of the program an invitation

was extended to the parents to visit in the classrooms.
