I, James Williams of the County of Guilford, in the State of North Carolina, am indebted to High Point Hdwe Co, of Guilford County, in said State, in the sum of One hundred seventy six & 25/100 Dollars, for which they holds my note, to be due on the first day of Jan A.D. 1926 and to secure the payment of the same, I do hereby convey to him these articles of personal property, to-wit: One Bay horse 10 yrs old and Our Pr Mules 12 & 13 yrs old Gray in Color, and my Easter Corn & Tobaco leaf for 1926
