I, J. ALLEN AUSTIN, a NOTARY PUBLIC of said County, do hereby certify that
W. G. SHIPMAN and HAZEL FISHER SHIPMAN
his wife, grantors, personally appeared before me this day and
acknowledged the execution of the forgoing mortgage deed, and the said HAZEL FISHER SHIPMAN
being by me privately examined, separate and apart from her said husband, touching her voluntary execution of the same,
