Received of Solomon Robinowitz, $100.00 as part payment of the pruchase price $2,000 for one lot owned by Louise C, Wrenn, situted on Morris Street High Point, N.C. adjoining the lands of Solomon Robinowitz and others, it being agreed the balance is to be paid at the rate of $500.00 on the first day of each month until the entire $2,000 has been paid, and that when the last payment is made in cash, the said Louise Wrenn will furnish the said Solomon Robinowitz with Deed covering the said lot.

It is also understood and [agreed] that the said Louise C. Wrenn is not to pay any further taxes, street Assessments, in connection with this lot, all obligations being assumed by the said Solomon Robinowitz.
