This Agreement, Made and entered into this 14th day of September,
1903, between J. E. WELCH
of High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina
of the first part, and THE PELOUZE PAPER & TYPE CO., of Richmond, Henrico
County, in the State of Virginia, a corporation, of the second part.

Witnesseth: That it is Hereby Mutually Agreed, That the said party of
the second part, has this day sold to the party of the first part, the following property
