car! Poured so I had to stop several times. Shopped in rain at Panama City. Saw a pitiful derelict standing just out of the rain in front of Sears. Brace on one foot. I cant forget him! Rain stopped mid aft. I got to Wakulla Spgs Lodge too late for boat trip. Int. Hotel built in 1935. Marble floors even in bedrooms. Dinner & breakfast

4/2 Spgs too muddy for boat ride. Left 9:40. Through frequent showers. Lunch in car at Wayside table place near Gulf Hammock. Drove thru Yankeetown. Stopped at Crystal River to see Reinhards. Saw Gertrude as I was leaving note for her. Addition to house wonderful. Didn't stay long. On down the road. Stopped in Angel's
