THIS DEED, Made this 12th day of June, 1922, by
SNOW LUMBER [strikethrough: COMPANY], [inserted: A. H. I. wife] [strikethrough: a corporation duly organized under the
laws of the State of North Carolina, with its principal of-
fice in Guilford County,] North Carolina, party of the first
part, to A.H. IDOL, [inserted: wife B?] of Guilford County and State of North
Carolina, party of the second part,

WITNESSETH,

That the said party of the first part, in consid-
eration of TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00), to it paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt of which is here-
by acknowledged, has bargained and sold, and by these pres-
ents does bargain, sell and convey unto said party of the
second part and his heirs, a tract or parcel of land in the
County of Guilford and State of North Carolina, in High
Point Township, and bounded as follows:

"BEING Lot No. three (3), in Block "B", in
N. E. Welborn Plat, said plat being duly re-
corded in the office of Register of Deeds of
Guilford County, N. C. Said lot being 50 ft.
by 150 ft. See Book 226, Page 389."

The above land was conveyed to grantor by G. V.
Jackson and wife, See Book 240, Page 235.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the aforesaid tract or parcel
of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belong-
ing to him the said party of the second part and his heirs
and assigns forever.

And the said party of the first part doth covenant
that it is seized of said premises in fee and has the right
to convey the same in fee simple; that the same are free from
incumbrances, and that it will warrant and defend the said
title to the same against the claims of all persons whomso-
ever.
