with People" was the theme
of Miss Andrews's devotional
talk which was based on
I Corinthians 13. Then Miss
Andrews introduced Mr. Lloyd L.
Thayer, principal of Elm Street
School, who spoke briefly on
the qualities of a good teacher.
He said a good teacher
must be (1) a good citizen, (2) a
friend, (3) a builder, (4) a pioneer,
(5) a reformer, and (6) a
believer.

At the conclusion of the program
parents were invited to visit the
rooms. The attendance award
went to Miss Juanita Hayworth's
fifth grade.
