Brother S J Piggott & family.

It becomes
my paynful duty to announce the
death of Ma to you as you see in this
Obituary her genneral helth had become
impared ever sense last July She had the
erysipelas & it returned everry 3 or 4 weaks in
spite of all medical ade. She had her reasons
to the last knew everry thing to the moment
the breath left the boddy & fully resigned &c.
yours of March 14 had come to hand bef
-ore she was taken sick she was glad to
hear from you all, brother S. J. I never
met with nothing like this sutch destress
no language to express, no family butt
Manda & Serena I have but little ties
in this world & cold crave to depart
this life & go to meete those loved ones
above, whear death & sorrow will be no
more
