Tuesday May 8th before part of this in hours Monday with forth winds at ESE I foogge weather at 1 o clock Ground upon St Georges Bank had 5' fathoms of water Rivers wBS & at 7 o'clock ok founded had 52 of & at 12 of C J ok Sounded Again had 26 fast of later Port had forth winds & foog & water Still forth winds & thick of foog landed our mainsail & Gibb I laid under A foresail to weftward bent our cables & at 12 o'clock & foog cleared & we made sail runs NNW to lands this I hours all in good health & wear in loops to get in tomorrow So I conclude this days remarks & no offense Wednesday May 9th this 24 hours of love part of it we had forth winds at welow & flits of foog run NNW & at 2 o'clock Sounded had 80 fathoms of water found our selves in South Channel should rest up by wind & at 6 o'clock had small breezes at calm clear weather let of reef out of mainsail at 10 o'clock had later part of 24 hours attended with small winds south & thick foog runs & at 6 o'clock got our yards afloat & bent our topsail & at 8 o'clock landed had no ground being yet in south channel & again at 12 o'clock landed had 110 fathoms so I continued this days remnants yet in south channel & no observed which we now stand much in need of third day May 10th afore part of this 24 hours attended with small breakers at SE & I so had to ENE & thick of foog yet

Saturday May the 19th we being Rada for sea & a small breas at sea we have a head & went out as far as the flats it being dark we got a ground & laid their for that night Sunday May the 20th still lying a ground we went a shore & went to meting so ends this day Munday May the 21th still lying a ground we went onboard & book up our after hoole & put the Caft food bad did not geet off so eand this day Sunday May the 22th I fode part of this 24 hours Got off Dover the bar had a fine breas at south anchord at the back of the bar the later part of the 24 hours the wind at hove if head & went to sea for company with Gilbert Holged at was the Latti of 41 & 10 N & not far from the fafhing bap to eands of 24 hours && all is well Wednesday May the 23th this 24 hours small winds at below & so horld to south & fine weather the fove part of the day
