Dear Helen:

It was splendid hearing from you
June 1st, and I am glad that you wish to
congratulate our girls on our bill for day
work, which passed the House. Now we look
forward to winning the Senate.

Miss Gladding was very pleased with
your letter, and so was Mrs. Ralph Van Waters.

I hope you are successful in finding
an apartment where you can have all your
children toether again. You may be sure I
do say a little prayer for you and your dear
family.

Continue to be hopeful and optimistic
for that is the most constructive way to be.
It is good to know that you do not forget us.

Most Sincerely,

Mrs. Helen L. Towne
