Mr Keefe brought the butter
oysters and soup I have quite a lot of butter
so please dont send any, not for a while it
will soon be hot in my room, I appreciate what
you have sent and I thank you. I am not
feeling so good. my meals seem to [distress?]
me - I have got a sore threat. Later on
I will try to go to the seaside
Miss Cummings + Miss Peck [?] talke of
renting their home for the summer -
Miss [Bolch?] as gone to Europe - and Miss Herr
is dead - so some changes - may take place
I hope you are keeping well. also your
Mother, I feel myself. I will never be
the same again. I thank you again
I am going out for a little while today
when I stay in I dont sleep very well
