Dear Dr Van Waters

Just a Little open letter
To one who is kind and Dear
And telling you in my own Simple way
how much I wish to remain near
You have given me the courage
to go forth and try my best.
Yet, if you are not near my Lonely
Heart will not rest

........................................................

There are times in all our Lives
That discouraged we may get
I know that I shall think Twice
Before I fume and fret
God has found for me a Friend
For whom I shall always Love and Care
If she should ever need a Friend
I pray to God that I will be there

...........................................................

My wealth may never be Great
Though my Gratitude to you will
always worth its it weight in Gold
My Home will always be yours to
come and rest your tired Head
This Humble Heart could say so much
And yet Word will never Explain
All you have done for Me
In this Colony of forgotten Refrain

...........................................................

I have said before Dear Doctor that I
am a great Dreamer
A Castle I have built Just for you and me
Tears swell within, when thoughts of you
no more I shall see
I am trying to explain how much you mean to me
Some Day I Hope that You Dear Doctor will be
Happy in your Village of Sorrow and Care
For nearly 2 years I found peace and
happiness there
Fond memories I shall take with me

...........................................................

Encased in my Heart they will always Remain
I think You will understand what I am
trying to explain
There is so much I would like to say but
sadness dwells witin
To say that I am glad to go would be a
greater Sin
God has given me a Cross which will
be heavy to bare
Knowing that when I leave here you will
not be waiting there
God Bless You and Protect you where ever you
may be
Please always Remember that you are very Dear to Me.

[typing up side of paper]

Dear Doctor Van Waters
As I sit here in Harmony News this evening my thoughts are with you and you
alone. Please never think me to bold for writing you this note, but my words are
very very Sincere. They say Almighty God does things for a purpose, With that I
donot fully agree.
I must close for the night, God Bless You and Good Night.

[written]
To you Doctor this must sound so foolish, Yet - every word carries, the
true meaning what more can I say.

God Love You
