Dear Irene:

I was happy to receive your letter
today. I think you are doing very well
to work so steadily and to save your
money.

During most of August I will be
away, but I will write you again and
tell you a good day to come and visit
me as soon as possible.

It is too bad that you have had
difficulty about your teeth. I am
going to talk to Dr. Barry and I will
let you know if there is anything that
we can do to help you with this problem.

Write again and tell me how your
are getting along. I love to hear
from you and send you my very best
wishes always.

Sincerely, your friend

Miriam Van Waters
