Dear Dr. Miriam,

It is a somewhat
dreary, rainy evening here at Concord,
so I thought I would brighten up my
corner by writing you an answer to
your last letter. Your letters are always
so welcome. But again I would caution
you - please write only when you
have free time to do so.

Prof. Clark was up last
week and he seemed encouraged by
the receptiveness of World Press. They
made a few inquiries by mail and
intend to get in touch with Guy Brown
and the criminologist who made the
evaluation for him. All in all, it
sounds encouraging and as in all
things, time will tell.

Mr. Stanring from the Mass. Service. Corp.
was up to interview two of our S.D.G.
boys last Monday in regards to obtaining
employment for them. They seem to
be very earnest, our two men from M.S.C.,
