Dear Dr. Van Walters:

I received your
letter, for which I wish to extend
my sincere thanks to both you
and Dr. Castle. I would have
answered your letter sooner, But
I had a severe cold for several
days, I was unable to read,
write, or even smoke. By Sun-
day I was feeling better, and
have been progressing since.
I suspect the smoking part
you would advise stopping altogether
but truthfully I am to nervous to
do so. I am very happy to know
that Dr. Castle is doing so well,
and spent a happy Easter, please
extend to her my most hearfelt
