Dear Doctor Van Waters

I hardly know what to advise
concerning Richard Gingras - the last
several times Ive had occasion to visit
Block #9, he has been sulking like a
school boy and has stated that he no
longer wishes to speak with me. As long
as one would agree with him, make
calls for him, etc you would be his friend
try being honest and realistic and you
are no longer on his side and to be
discarded.

about the "incident" that resulted in his
present stay in #9 - As I heard he
was brought to the Asst deputys office to
be searched for contraband of some kind and
rather than submit to this routine procedure,
