Dear Dr. Van Waters
I recieved your letter today & was very
pleased that I can help, with the other men here at
Walpole, in doing something for others that are
more important.

If you will map out the sizes & other
details for the booth sings & any other polsters
that would be helpful, I will see that they are
received in plenty of time. Any suggestions as to
their design would help largely.

Also if you give us some idea as to type,
size & other indntifications of the articles allowed
to be donated, I may be able to talk to some
of the men working on advocational projects. They
produce some very beautiful articles of plaster,
wood & leather, and most are always very pleased
to donate to such a worthy cause. The sooner
we know just what can be used the sooner
we can plan to be prepared to lend our helping
