Again I must apologise for leaving the page poorly arranged. I do see what you mean about the system collecting words to the left; but the result from my efforts is still illogical. It is very frustrating to me and must be for you also. I can read and transcribe, but how to place the words without an understanding of where they will arrive? I do love the language of Botany but I think I am doing more harm than good with the layout. I had better find something else where I can do less damage! Thank you for the chance to see this work. I am sorry to have to stop.
No apologies necessary! This page was hard because of the longer entries. In general, I suggest you create fewer spaces for the columns. I tend to create semi-uniform spacing just to be sure I added all the columns, notes, etc. to retain the line order. If the text exceeds one line, I fudge and create a second. The first column always needs content so I use "——". I noticed toward the bottom of the list that you used only one "|" since there was no content in the middle column. I also checked & corrected your questions. You are doing a fine job so don't be discouraged!
